The following summarizes the terms and conditions that helps us help you:
Payment for Services: All orders are COD unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Company accounts may be established with an approved credit application. Credit terms are 30 days net. Finance charges will be applied to overdue accounts. Accounts exceeding 45 days will be placed on a COD basis. Cash, Bank Draft, wire transfer / EFT, Visa, Master Card or Discover are all gladly accepted. Unfortunately, Amex is not.
Sales Tax Exemptions: If you are entitled to sales tax exemption, please complete the tax exempt form [SEPARATE ATTACHMENT] and provide it to us at your earliest convenience. If you purchase tax-free for a reason for which the form does not provide, please send us your special Certificate or Statement for our records. You can email a digital copy of the completed form to info@designdynamics.com or fax it to us at (714) 429-7983.
Imaging Information: We make every effort to troubleshoot potential problems, but cannot be held responsible for files we do not create. This includes, but is not limited to content, resolution of raster data or imageability of client files. In addition, we cannot assume any responsibility for poorly created files. We can only troubleshoot “technical” file attributes, not edit or “second guess” the graphic content of client files. Fonts, scans and any other reference files must be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged.
Clients are requested to submit “proofs” along with their file. We assume no responsibility for output discrepancies in files submitted without proofs. Because of variations in monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, “color critical” files require a test image. We assume no responsibility for undesirable color output if no color test is requested.
Please establish the compatibility of your files before requesting services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or erased files or incompatible media. Please make sure all files are archived elsewhere.
Copyright: Reproduction in any form of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator is illegal. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission. We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.
Liability: Liability for errors, even if due to our negligence, shall at no time exceed the cost of the materials involved, regardless of loss to customer. Customer agrees to proof all materials before reproducing, and will hold Design Dynamics harmless for additional costs in the event of an error. Final responsibility for accuracy rests with customer and /or their agent.
Delivery: No responsibility is assumed by Design Dynamics after materials have been duly delivered to the designated points or common carrier.
